1. Countries that support logistics and transportation

North America: USA, Canada, Mexico

Asia and Oceania: Australia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Israel, New Zealand, Japan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates (UAE).

2. Shipping to the United States

For our customers in the United States, we offer reliable shipping services to all 50 states, including Hawaii and other U.S. territories. Whether you reside in the contiguous states or on the beautiful islands of Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or any other U.S. territories, you can take advantage of our convenient shipping options. 3. Countries that do not support logistic transport

Unfortunately, the following countries and regions are temporarily not supported for shipping: Africa, South America, Central America and India, Ukraine and Russia, where all items are not eligible for shipping due to shipping companies, customs restrictions or other factors.

Shipping charge

In general, We offer free shipping on orders over $500 within the United States. Note that if the shipping destination is a remote island in the United States, we will need to add an additional shipping charge. If you are unsure of the shipping cost for your location, please contact us. For orders under $500, the shipping charge is $60 per order. This also applies to orders from other supported regions and countries around the world as mentioned above.

Shipping Tax

Please be aware that import taxes, duties, and any related customs fees are not included in the order total and may be imposed upon the package's arrival in the destination country or region. The specific fees are determined by the customs office of the destination.

Cancellations

Our cancellation policy has been revised to better serve our valued customers at Luminige. Please review the following updates:

1. Cancellation Period: You can request a cancellation of your order within 2 business days from the date of your purchase.

2. Shipped Orders: Unfortunately, we cannot process cancellations for orders that have already been shipped. Once the items have been shipped, the cancellation option is no longer available.

To request a cancellation, please follow these steps:

  • Order number
  • Reason for cancellation (optional but helpful for us to improve our services)
